PRICING

All prices listed on the site are in Hong Kong Dollars.

Prices displayed on the site at the time your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavors to ensure that all prices appearing on the site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. In the rare circumstance that we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Colors may appear slightly different via this website due to individual computer monitor settings or the photo’s resolution.

All orders are subject to its availability of stock; product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is not available when you place your order, we will notify you by email.

Tribute Shop attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Tribute Shop does not warrant that product descriptions, prices and details are accurate as errors may occur. We will do our very best to ensure that the most accurate information is displayed with our products. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

It is not possible to change your order once it is submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, don’t place an order until you are sure the order didn’t go through. Otherwise you may end up with a duplicate order. Please contact us at info@tributehotels.com in order to verify if we have received your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Paypal. All credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

We take reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss any you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

WHAT IS THE SHOPPING PROCEDURE AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Thank you very much for your orders. You will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email by the system automatically once you have confirmed and completed the payment process.

We will send a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email to you after we have dispatched your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping to a selected number of countries. The shipping charge depends on your shipping address and the weight of your purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

All orders are shipped by Hong Kong Post. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to International delivery times in your country. Delivery times are subject to change without prior notice. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected. Tribute Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES TO TAKE NOTE OF WITH MY ORDER (IMPORT TARIFF & CUSTOM CHARGES)?

International customers may be required to pay import tariff, value added tax, sales tax, duty and/or customs charges if shipping outside of Hong Kong.

All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer’s country or region. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you, prior to purchase completion. Tribute Shop is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the merchandise you purchase from Tribute Shop.

In the unlikely event that your item has a defect or has been delivered wrongly, you have the right to enter a claim for refund or an exchange, with the return of the original merchandise item. Please email us as soon as possible at info@tributehotels.com, with the following information before returning the item:

  1. Your order number
  2. The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective item
  3. Pictures

Exchanges are only available in the event that the sent item has a manufacturing defect. We are unable to process an exchange for another item of a different style altogether.

Returns are processed and inspected as soon as they are received. When we have received the product and approved the claim, you will be informed and a new product will be sent to you. We do our best to accommodate return requests, however, in the rare event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, incomplete or after the 30-day period, we will not be able to offer a refund.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days (14 days for international customers) of receipt.

2. The goods returned must be in original condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact and attached and is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold. The decision as to whether the merchandise is in its original condition remains within Tribute Shop’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final. Returned items that are not received in their original condition will be automatically returned to the customer at his/her sole cost.

3. Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability. If your requested item is not available, then a refund will be issued and you will be notified by email.

4. Please note, there will be no refunds or exchanges accepted on sale items.

5. Return postage costs will be at your expense.

Please remember that we take no responsibility for return items lost in the mail. Please also include a note in your return package so that we know what is to be done.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation, it is likely that your order has not been shipped yet. If it is more than 8 days since you have placed your order, please contact us at info@tributehotels.com
